Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping – Orders over £50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our straightforward process.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • Lips: Liquid lipsticks and lip glosses
  • Eyes: Mascaras and liquid eyeliners
  • Face: Cream-based products with applicators
  • Nails: Nail polishes with broken seals

All unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within the 15-day window.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Await Approval – Our beauty consultants will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items – Once approved, securely package the items with all original packaging and include the invoice copy
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our Cambridge boutique address using a trackable shipping method (address provided in approval email)
  5. Receive Confirmation – We’ll notify you once we’ve processed your return and initiated your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specify your preferred replacement
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the replacement is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the return of damaged goods
